Nicholas Heller, Chief Executive Officer and Founder,
Fractal Labs

Nicholas Heller has over 20 years of experience as a corporate leader and founding entrepreneur. Nicholas is currently CEO and Founder of the award-winning, FinTech company, Fractal Labs, and previously led the European R&D team at Google. He also sits as a Non-Executive Director for the not-for-profit organisation, SVC2UK.

Fractal Labs is a dynamics insight platform that manages cash flow and capital requirements for small businesses and their financial partners.

Karan Jain, Head of Technology – Europe & Americas, Westpac

Karan Jain heads up the Technology team for Westpac Banking Corporation in Europe and Americas. Karan has a keen interest in scaling FinTechs to support the finance ecosystem, and has advised a range of UK and Australian FinTechs. In 2018, he founded Fintech360, which will be launching the FinTech Growth Summit later this year. A market-first virtual conference providing leading insights from the FinTech and banking community.

Karan is well-respected across FinTech, banking and tech communities and speaks frequently on the impact of AI and FinTech on the finance industry. Karan has co-authored two books, the most recent, ‘Pivot’ is #1 bestseller in Organisation Theory & Behavior and Management Science on Amazon.

Ben Johnson, Partnerships Manager – Business Platform UK & EMEA, Xero

Ben joined Xero in 2014 and over the past five years has worked across Australia, UK & EMEA managing partnerships with banks and FinTechs to deliver innovative and integrated propositions for Xero’s small business customers.
