Anne Thomine I Head of Projects and Group Digital Communication, Transdev
Graduated from SKEMA Business School in Marketing and from Celsa in Corporate communications (M2), Anne Thomine started her career in the food industry at Mars Masterfoods, as a Grocery Area Manager. After a 6 year experience as an Account Director in the Marketing agency Catalina, she moved on to digital communication at Fullsix (Havas Group), and then to brand communication. She joined SNCF in 2012 as Communications Director to launch the Ouibus brand in Europe, and then developed brand content activities for TGV. She joined Transdev in 2017 as Head of Projects and Digital Group Communication.
Susan Pak Poy I Director and Founder, Rebellis
Susan Pak Poy’s insatiable curiosity has taken her on a professional adventure spanning theatre, graphic design and corporate communication – creativity being the common denominator. She founded Rebellis, a multi-disciplinary design and events agency, to help companies and brands express their identity and elaborate their communication, both internal and external.
She has lived in France for 30 years whilst maintaining her native Australian energy and outlook. This distinctive cultural blend, combined with her creative and aesthetic approach lends a unique perspective to her work.
Susan’s dedication to fully understanding the context and ambitions of each project has won over an eclectic range of clients, from luxury to industry, boutique businesses to multinationals, start-ups to French heritage companies.

Thomas Baur l Media and Online Reputation Director, Keolis
Thomas Baur is Media and Online Reputation Director at Keolis since November 2020. He develops Keolis’ image and reputation in the media and on social networks. Thomas was previously Director of Digital Communications within Keolis’ Communication, Brand and CSR Department, which he joined in February 2018. A graduate of Sciences Po in Bordeaux and holder of a master’s degree in marketing and communication from the IAE of Bordeaux, Thomas begins his career with the VINCI Group in 2010, where he worked for five years in the communication departments of VINCI Autoroutes, VINCI Concessions and the holding company. In 2015, he takes the position of Digital & Social Media Manager of Ernst & Young for France, Maghreb and Luxembourg.
HOSTFrédéric Calinaud l Lawyer and Partner, Calinaud David Avocats
Frédéric Calinaud is a French Qualified Lawyer (Avocat) registered with the Paris Bar Association. He specialises in French employment law and has been advising French and foreign companies and organisations (including Australian companies and the Australian government) on their employment law related matters for 15 years. He also represents them in Court in the scope of employment litigation matters.
Before co-founding Calinaud David Avocats law firm, where he manages the Employment law practice, he has worked in major French law firms such as Cotty Vivant Marchisio & Lauzeral, August Debouzy and CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre. He has also worked in a law firm and at the French Consulate, in Sydney, Australia, where he also studied at the University of Sydney.
Frédéric holds a Master in French Employment law from Sorbonne University, Paris.
Frédéric has been involved in various Australia related projects for more than 10 years, such as a cooperation project between the Paris Bar Association and the Law Society of New South Wales (of which he is also an associate member) and cooperation projects between the Paris Bar School (where he is a lecturer for foreign lawyers) and various Australian universities.
Frédéric has been a Board member of the association ABIE – Australian Business in Europe, France, since 2011 and the Secretary since 2017.
