“A large part of your marketplace may be missing out.
How can you embrace those who are under-served?”
– Are You Missing Millions, PwC & the 30% Club
When products or services are designed with one type of customer in mind, businesses risk cutting out a huge portion of their potential market. In the digital working world, the business community should be thinking about how to use technology to grow their market share and reach new audiences.
With an estimated 1.85 billion people with US $1.9 trillion in annual disposable income, people with disabilities constitute a growing market greater than the size of China. While technology has provided major breakthroughs in enabling independence for the disability community, many products and services remain inaccessible.
In this session, you’ll hear from our speakers on how your business can use inclusivity to better meet the needs of your employees and customers, as well as reach new audiences and increase market share.
