20 April – Family and Succession Law for Australians in France

The Australia France Business Association is delighted to invite AFBA members to a panel discussion, in partnership with Australian law firm MILLS OAKLEY, exploring key aspects of family and succession law for Australians in France.

Discussions and insights will explore topics including:

  • French vs Australian marriage regimes & pre-nuptial agreements
  • French succession law and inheritance tax
  • International families & jurisdiction

Speaking on the panel will be:
