TotalEnergies fully acquires Total Eren

Following a successful five year strategic alliance, AFBA Corporate Member TotalEnergies has announced that it is buying out Total Eren. Total Eren is a global renewable energy producer with operating assets around the world, including Australia, and a pioneer in green hydrogen projects.   

The acquisition will add high quality assets – and the skills and expertise of nearly 500 people in more than 20 countries – to TotalEnergies’ portfolio, strengthening its activities in the renewable energy sector.
